We offer a no obligation Marketability Assessment of your business. We start with a thorough understanding of your business including; knowledge of the products, services, workforce, business outlook, industry, trends, customer base, marketing methods, strategic advantages & opportunities, weaknesses, and a detailed review of the financial statements.

We prepare a professional marketing & information package (called a Confidential Business Review or Deal Book) on the business and a comprehensive marketing strategy for selling the business.

We secure signed Confidentiality Agreements from interested parties and strive to maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout the sale process.

We screen interested parties for financial capability, seriousness, and motives. For some prospects this may include; obtaining a Buyer Profile Questionnaire, resume, personal financial statement, and evidence of financial capability.
