Keystone Partners, LLC is a leading provider of business sales, merger and acquisition advisory services headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a satellite office in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The firm specializes in selling and acquiring businesses in the lower middle market; companies with $1 million to $50 million in revenues. Our firm focuses on Michigan based companies and engagements in the surrounding Great Lakes region.

Our deal-makers work a maximum of four engagements at a given time. The firm was founded by John Meyering following his personal participation in the operation and sale of several closely held companies. Enjoying the challenges and rewards of growing a business, as well as the art of selling businesses, John formed Keystone Partners to concentrate his full time efforts on representing business owners in similar situations. Since the inception of the firm, Keystone has grown to include a diverse group of talented professionals; each with expertise in different industries.

Keystone has closed dozens of transactions and has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including; manufacturing, transportation, wholesale distribution, construction, service organizations, and technology.
